Privacy notice
This notice explains the information the public site processes, including the waitlist form.
Information in scope
Joining the waitlist stores your email address, the product interest you selected, a source tag identifying which page you signed up from, and — if you followed a referral link — its referral code. Consent is recorded as an action, a timestamp, and the version of this notice you saw, not just a checkbox state.
We do not store your IP address or browser user-agent against your signup; abuse-prevention counters are processed only transiently, separately from your record.
Telemetry submitted to the future product is outside the current public site and will require a separate, deployment-accurate processing description.
Where it is processed
When you join the waitlist, your data is stored in hosted Supabase PostgreSQL — target region EU, inside a private schema the public API never exposes (see the sub-processors page for the full provider register).
Confirmation and update email is sent through Resend from its `eu-west-1` (Ireland) sending region. Resend’s own account data, logs, and analytics are processed in the United States, not the EU — a disclosed gap, not a hidden one; the sub-processors page and DPA carry the same disclosure.
Purpose and retention
We use this information to manage early access, tell you when your product door opens, and protect the form from abuse. Waitlist and consent records are kept until the product launches. Unsubscribing stops all email immediately and removes you from the active waitlist; the underlying record is retained (marked unsubscribed) as evidence of your consent history until launch, and you can request its full deletion at any time via founder@telemeter.ai.
Who we are and the lawful basis
telemeter.ai is operated by Foldox Limited, the data controller for the processing described here. Reach us at founder@telemeter.ai for any question or data request. The lawful basis for the waitlist is your consent, which you gave at signup and can withdraw at any time; the abuse-prevention counters rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. Our registered company details and lead supervisory authority will be stated here before the waitlist opens to the public.
Your choices
Every waitlist email carries an unsubscribe link; using it stops all further email and removes you from the active waitlist. You may also contact founder@telemeter.ai to ask what information is associated with your email address, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
