Data processing addendum
This is a review outline, not an executable DPA. The final addendum depends on the deployed product, contracting entity, regions, security measures, and sub-processor agreements.
Processing instructions
The future service will process customer telemetry only on documented instructions expressed through the service agreement, configuration, and support requests.
Security and assistance
The final DPA will describe technical and organizational measures, incident notice, rights assistance, deletion, return, audit evidence, and international-transfer mechanisms.
Disclosed transfer: the email sub-processor’s (Resend) account data, logs, and analytics are processed in the United States; the transfer safeguards will be identified in the production schedule.
Schedule
A production schedule will identify subject matter, duration, nature, purpose, data types, data subjects, approved regions, and authorized sub-processors.
